ABOUT US

Vic’s Meat Market is all about the raw experience, offering the freshest, best quality meat in Sydney. Starting as a pop-up at our Mascot facility it grew very quickly, now Vic’s Meat Market has its own store at the iconic Sydney Fish Market. We’re humbled to work with some of the best meat in Australia, many of whom have been nationally and internationally recognised for the quality of their meat, their dedication and their innovative practices.

VIC’S MEAT

Vic’s Premium Quality Meat was established by Victor and Anthony Puharich, 20 years ago and over this time has become Australia’s leading distributor of quality meat. The father and son team are a formidable pair, combining artisanal skills (Victor is a fourth generation butcher and has worked in butchery for over 40 years) with business acumen (Anthony is a university graduate in Finance and Economics). They both have a tangible commitment to quality produce. Renowned for their work with traditional methods of dry-ageing and their state-of-the-art facilities in Mascot, Vic’s Premium Quality Meat are respected for what they do as much as the producers and chefs they work with, supplying meat to 80% of the top restaurants in Australia and selling over 20 tonnes of meat per day.

Vic’s Meat Market is packed with the freshest, best quality meat in Sydney. Our range is massive, from chicken and pasture-fed steaks to charcuterie and housemade sausages. Bringing fresh quality meat from the Butcher straight to the Smokehouse & Grill, our menu showcases both smoked meat and perfectly grilled steaks. Our Smokehouse & Grill is now open for dinner Thursdays to Saturdays!

We validate parking for 1 hour if you spend over $75.
