Have your next one with us. Located at the iconic Sydney Fish Market, our event space takes advantage of its position overlooking Blackwattle Bay. We’ve designed packages to cater for all occasions. Whether you’re looking to host an exclusive dinner or a larger gathering, Vic’s Meat Market has all the ingredients to create a successful event. We can build an event just for you! 

Twilight

Afternoon

  • Minimum 50 pax - maximum 150 pax

  • 2-3 hours

  • Food $55 per head

  • Sample menu: brisket slider, pulled pork slider, corn, slaw, pickles, burnt ends

  • Our head chef will discuss the event with you to create a bespoke menu.

Evening

  • Minimum 40 pax - maximum 150 pax

  • Food $70 per head

  • Sample menu: brisket slider, pulled pork slider, lamb cutlet, chicken skewers, corn, slaw, pickles, burnt ends

  • Our head chef will discuss the event with you to create a bespoke menu.

DRINKS PACKAGE to complement

$35 per head for 2 hours

Beer and wine by the glass

Events can include a drinks package or we can have a cash bar. Additional services such as a lamb on a spit, desserts or canapes on arrival can all be arranged. Please let us know and we can build an event just for you.​
