Rangers Valley Beef

From the pristine northern tablelands of NSW, Rangers Valley Beef specialises in long fed, pure Black Angus and Wagyu cross breeds to produce the highest quality, consistently tender and delicious beef. 

Cowra Lamb

Owned and operated by a father and two son team, the family source lambs from within a 150km radius of the Lachlan Valley along the banks of the Lachlan River which is classed as one of the most fertile valleys in the world.

Paroo Premium Kangaroo

Paroo Kangaroo originates in the Paroo Darling region of Western NSW, an area known for its untouched landscapes and abundance of native vegetation. The kangaroos are carefully selected based on seasonal conditions, water and grasses specific to each region.
