Have you always wanted to know how to cook the perfect steak?

Our experienced chef will show you how to cook a range of steak cuts so that every bite is juicy, tender and delicious. Learn all things beef - the differences between grain and grass fed beef, what is wagyu, cooking times, temperatures and the importance of resting. Our chef will answer all your questions and take you through how to achieve your preferred degree of doneness in our demonstration steak cooking class.
