Have you always wanted to know how to cook the perfect steak?

Led by our head chef Angus Harrison, our cooking class is our ultimate steak experience. See first hand how our experts cook a variety of cuts and savour each bite with matched sides and sauces. Learn about grain and grass fed beef, wagyu, cooking times, temperatures and the importance of resting. Our chef will answer all your questions and take you through how to achieve your preferred degree of doneness in our demonstration steak cooking class.
