Paroo Kangaroo originates in the Paroo Darling region of Western NSW, an area known for its mostly untouched landscapes and abundance of native vegetation. The kangaroos are carefully selected to match flavour and texture profiles that represent the highest quality game meat based on seasonal conditions, water and grasses specific to each region. Australia’s only premium grade kangaroo meat, Paroo is the result of years of research and collaboration with chefs to capture flavour and texture profiles that have never been achieved in kangaroo.
